Katas:
Some of the forms of the Raku Kai Fighting Dragons.  The system practices the basic Japanese forms with some minor differences.

Hein Forms:
     Hein Shodan
     Hein Nidan
     Hein Sandan
     Hein Yodan
     Hein Godan

Basic Tekki Forms:
     Tekki Shodan
     Tekki Nidan
     Tekki Sandan

The system also practices the Bassai and Weapons forms for black belts.
